We arranged the most important information in this small lexicon to offer you a real relaxing stay in Lübeck right from the beginning:
A
arrival- and departure
Arrival can be on any day of the week. Houses are ready for occupancy at 3 pm. Departure should be until 10 am. Special arrangements can be made according to prior agreement. The house´s keys have to be picked up at the reception of the Marienkrankenhaus, Parade 3 in Lübeck.
B
baths
The central swimming bath is in the Schmiedestraße and only some minutes to walk to from the ancient cottages. It is really suitable for a swim on cold days. On warm summer days we recommend the nice open air baths at the river Wakenitz. One highlight could also be a trip to the seaside. The Baltic Sea is only a 30 minutes drive away.

The Baltic Sea is reachable within a 30 minutes car drive.
bedclothes
Bedclothes are provided and can be exchanged on request which is included in the price.
bus and train
Directly next to the train station you find the buses. You can catch several bus lines into town. The best ones are line 6, 7 and 9 which lead you directly to bus stop Mühlenstraße in front of C&A. The ancient cottages are right around the corner.

cleaning
The ancient cottages are directly in the middle of Lübeck´s city. All sightseeing spots are within walking distance.
city
We arrange the cleaning in the end of your stay. It´s included in the price of your stay.
cinema
The main cinema called “Cinestar Stadthalle” is only some walking minutes away from your ancient cottage. For further information have a look at www.cinestar.de.

dishwasher
Only cottages 6 and 8 are provided with a dishwasher. Further information you´ll get on request.

first aid
Plasters and further material to treat small wounds are in the bathroom.

general safety
Please close all the windows and doors when you leave the house.

house improvements
If you have some ideas we might make your stay in the ancient cottage even more relaxed or more convenient, please let us know.

information material
You find lots of information like maps, tourist guides or a list of restaurants in the living room.

jogging
Use the wonderful footpaths along the river Trave or the channel around Lübeck to improve your circulation.

love
If you like to spend your wedding anniversary or birthday with us, we will surprise you with a nice present. Just let us know before you arrive.

manuals
The manuals of the devices are in the kitchen´s drawer.

non-smoking
Our cottages are only for non-smokers, but you have a nice place to sit in the backyard where smoking is allowed.

pets
Sorry, it´s not allowed to bring pets. Please, take care for those people who may suffer of allergies.
parking
One free car park is available with every house. The entrance is next to the parking lot “Fegefeuer”.

restrooms / toilets
Do not throw any material like sanitary tampons or rubbish into the toilet. There is a dustbin in every bathroom.

shopping
All kinds of shopping possibilities are located in the city centre. The very big shopping malls are in the outskirts of Lübeck.

towels
The bathroom is provided with towels. (inclusive)
